Monika Chauhan

Monika Chauhan started their work experience as a Trainee HR at One Touch Solutions in October 2013, and they worked in this role until March 2015. Monika then joined E-Net Systems India Pvt. Ltd. in October 2015 as an HR Executive. In this role, they were responsible for executing the recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates. Monika also conducted preliminary screenings and reached the defined hiring targets. Monika then joined Enterprise Solutions Inc. in October 2016 as a Senior HR, where they currently hold a position.

Monika Chauhan completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the United Institute Of Management between 2011 and 2013. Additionally, they obtained two certifications in 2022: "Cultural Competence in the Workplace V2" and "Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion in the Workplace V4," both from Traliant institution.
