Rajat Srivastava

Rajat Srivastava has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. In 2012, they worked as an Account Executive at Shanti Machinery Works Private Limited, where they were involved in manufacturing and supplying spares for Tamping Machines to Indian Railways. From 2014 to 2015, they served as an IT Recruiter at Source Infotech Inc., responsible for identifying and assessing candidates for recruitment. In 2015, they joined EROS Technologies Inc. as a Talent Acquisition Executive, overseeing recruitment at all levels and departments. Rajat then moved on to Enterprise Solutions Inc. in 2017, where they worked as a Recruitment Executive for a year. In 2019, Rajat joined John Business Consultants LLC as an Account Manager/Client Relationship Manager, handling recruitment management and implementing new sourcing methods.
