Subuhi Shahab

Subuhi Shahab has a diverse work experience in HR and recruitment. They are currently working as Team Lead HR at Enterprise Solutions Inc. starting from December 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an HRBP at I-PAC (Indian Political Action Committee) from October 2020 to October 2022. They also served as a Senior Corporate HR at Head Field Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from September 2018 to October 2020. Additionally, Subuhi managed HR departments and served as an HR Manager at Naraina Group Of Institutions - India from January 2017 to July 2018. They started their career as a US IT Recruiter at eTeam from July 2015 to November 2016, where they were responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting resumes for various partners and clients.

Subuhi Shahab's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Aligarh Muslim University. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services at B.K. School of Professional and Management Studies. Subsequently, they obtained a Master's degree in Psychology from CSJMU.
