Shashank Dwivedi has had a diverse work experience in the field of technical recruiting. Shashank began their career as an IT Recruiter Trainee at People Consultancy Specialists, Inc. in February 2020, where they catered to major national and global assignments for various corporations. In February 2021, they moved on to join IDC Technologies, Inc. as a Technical Recruiter, where they played a key role in staffing and delivery services for a decade, focusing on the future and providing a homogenous experience to valued customers. Currently, they are working as a Technical Recruiter at Enterprise Solutions Inc., a leading minority-owned IT and engineering services staffing firm.

Shashank Dwivedi pursued their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Civil Engineering from 2013 to 2017 at Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Cultural Competence in the Workplace V2, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion in the Workplace V4, and Unconscious Bias V3.1 from Traliant in September 2022.
