Rita Ngoran

Rita Ngoran is an experienced SOC Analyst with a background in cybersecurity and customer support. Currently serving as a SOC Analyst 2 at Aspire Technology Partners since July 2021, Rita specializes in data correlation, threat detection, and providing remediation recommendations for critical systems. Previous experience includes a role as a SOC Analyst II at Enterprise Staffing and direct care provider, where Rita managed patient programs and made evaluations independently. Additionally, experience as a Customer Support Specialist at PFS involved software and hardware troubleshooting. Rita holds a Bachelor's of Applied Science in Learning Technologies from the University of North Texas and an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Dallas College North Lake Campus.
