Awais Ahmed has worked in various roles since 2009. Awais began their career as a Marketing Executive at Worldcall Telecom Limited, where they successfully launched the Campaign of Worldcall Cable Broadband "Thunder" Package of 10mbps. In 2011, they were an Account Manager at Metikulous. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Service Consultant at VFS TasHeel International, where they achieved monthly sales targets up to Dhs 2 million. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Sr. Business Development Executive at Systems Limited, where they successfully implemented Microsoft Office 365 Enterprise level at Avanceon and integrated Reward system module with Stylo Shoes loyalty program. Since 2016, they have been a Project Coordinator at Punjab Information Technology Board, where they are currently spearheading the IT Operations of Medicine Inventory Management System, Antibiotic Stewardship Program, Biomedical Equipment Management System, and KPI Evaluation and Assessment System.

Awais Ahmed obtained their SSC from Garrison Academy in 2003-2005. Awais then attended Lahore School of Economics from 2005-2008, where they earned their BBA in Finance and Marketing. Awais continued their studies at Lahore School of Economics from 2009-2012, earning their MBA in Finance and Banking. In 2013, they obtained the Ultimate Selling "Strategy Matters" certification from Center of Management Development CMD. In 2023, they obtained the Foundations: Data, Data, Everywhere certification from Coursera.
