Alan Everitt-Story has held various IT roles since 2014. Alan began their career as a Desktop Support Engineer at Eaglemoss Publishing Group, where they were responsible for providing telephone, remote and desktop support for Mac and Windows users, as well as managing Microsoft Exchange users and administering the VMware vSphere platform. In 2015, they took on the role of 1st/2nd Line Mac IT Support Analyst at PRIMARY TALENT INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, where they provided 1st/2nd line support for approximately 60 users. Alan then moved to The Institution of Structural Engineers, where they provided day-to-day, first, second line (and later third line) IT support to all Institution staff and registered external members. In 2019, Alan joined Sprinklr as an IT Manager, where they provided local and global support of all Sprinklr users, as well as tracking and documenting all support activities using Zendesk. Alan is currently employed as an IT Manager at EnterpriseAlumni.

Alan Everitt-Story has a Bachelor’s Degree in BSc Honours Information Technology from Middlesex University, which they completed in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Foundation Degree Science in Computing from Barnet College in 2012.
