Lonnie Fleming, MS, PMP, CISSP, CSM, ITIL v3 has held various roles in the IT industry since 2005. From 2005 to 2007, they were a Program Manager at Northrop Grumman Corporation. In 2007, they attended the Northrop Grumman Program Managers Conference. In 2008, they became the Owner of AfterMath Project Management. From 2010 to 2011, they were a Program Management Consultant at Innovative Telephone Company. From 2011 to 2013, they were the Director of Operations at BAE Systems Information Technology. From 2013 to 2017, they were a Lead Cybersecurity Engineer at Invictus International Consulting, LLC. In 2018, they were a Senior Program Manager at Cyberspace Solutions. Currently, they are the Director of Cybersecurity & System Engineering at Enterprize Software, where they are responsible for the Division security posture and Assessment & Accreditation activity, as well as conducting candidate screening and interviews for Cybersecurity and Engineering personnel. Lonnie Fleming, also identifies and communicates current trends regarding Cybersecurity and Information Assurance, conducts Security planning and coordination with Enterprise ISSM, develops System Security Plans, CONOPs, Cloud Domain Diagrams, and risk mitigation documents, and performs Audit and Scanning activity with Security tools.

Lonnie Fleming, MS, PMP, CISSP, CSM, ITIL v3 has an extensive educational background. In 1991 and 1992, they attended the Community College of the Air Force and obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.). From 1993 to 1996, they attended the University of Maryland Global Campus and earned a B.Sc in Information Systems, with a focus on Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, LAN, WAN, Satcom, and Wireless. In 1999 to 2001, they attended The George Washington University and earned an M.SC in Telecommunications and Computers, with a focus on Engineering, Cybersecurity, LAN, WAN, Wireless, Crytography, Queing Theory, Modeling, and Analysis. In 2009, they attended Cornell University and earned a Master's Certificate in Financial Management. In 2012 to 2013, they attended NVCC and earned a Cyber Security Certification.
