Samantha Land

Samantha Land has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and positions. Samantha began their career as a Server/Certified Trainer/Front of House Professional at Red Lobster in 2007 and continued in this role until 2012.

In 2012, Samantha joined AMR Management Services, where they worked as a Project Associate and later as a NASCIO Research Coordinator until 2014.

Returning to Red Lobster in 2014, Samantha took on the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist and later Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist/ATS System Admin. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating placements and managing the Applicant Tracking System. Samantha also participated in various projects and system implementations to enhance the hiring process.

In 2018, Samantha transitioned to the role of HR Technology Analyst at Red Lobster. In this position, they undertook several projects related to HR technology and systems, including the integration of a new onboarding system and automation of performance units.

After leaving Red Lobster, Samantha worked at OTG Management as a Senior Manager of Project Management and then joined EBG in 2023 as the Director of Project Management.

Samantha Land completed their education at the University of Kentucky. Samantha obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Architecture from 2004 to 2008. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their degrees, Samantha also obtained additional certifications, including a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in April 2021 and a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification in February 2018 from the Project Management Institute.
