Michelle Salatto currently serves as the Co-Chair of the DEI Council at Entertainment Partners, where collaboration with colleagues aims to drive transformative change in recruitment, development, and employee engagement. In addition, Michelle holds the role of Director of Customer Success, focusing on the Live Chat initiative and the development of a Customer Success playbook for Movie Magic products. Previously, Michelle was the Director of Customer Support at SyncOnSet Technologies, where efforts included team building and process development following the company's acquisition by Entertainment Partners. Michelle's experience also includes roles at SonicSensory, Inc., Zurple, and Z57, Inc., where responsibilities ranged from user testing and customer support to management of client services and training programs. Michelle earned a BA in Communication with a minor in History from Rutgers University.
