Dalit Heldenberg

Dalit Heldenberg's work experience begins in 2002 when they worked as a Software Engineer at Horizon Technologies LTD. Dalit handled the end-to-end process of product development and deployment, as well as customer support for a large-scale information system. In 2008, they became a Senior Software Engineer at Cyber-Ark Software, where they managed the full cycle of software development for complex enterprise IT systems, focusing on UX and web development.

In 2011, they joined Outbrain as a Product Manager, specializing in Saas content marketing B2B solutions for publishers. Dalit defined and led top capabilities within the company, collaborating with global functions to create lean products that delivered significant monetization impact.

In 2015, Dalit founded the Israeli chapter of Girls in Tech Tel-Aviv, a global non-profit organization that engages, educates, and empowers women in technology and entrepreneurship. Dalit served as the Co-Managing Director, offering a variety of initiatives for women to enhance their professional aspirations.

Dalit joined Gloat in 2016 and held multiple roles, including Head of Product, VP Product, and VP Data & Workforce Intelligence Product. Dalit contributed to the development and management of data and workforce intelligence products, focusing on improving efficiency and productivity.

Since 2016, Dalit has also been a Co-Founder of LeadWith - Women Leading Tech, a non-profit organization that empowers and promotes women in the tech industry. Dalit has been responsible for hosting inspiration events, providing practical tools, creating a supportive community, and offering mentorship guidance.

Most recently, Dalit joined Entor in 2023 as VP Product.

Dalit Heldenberg completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo between 2001 and 2005. Subsequently, between 2008 and 2011, Dalit pursued an MBA in Marketing at Bar-Ilan University.
