Ms. Sills focuses on the origination and distribution of capital raise transactions as well as managing client & investor relationships, assisting with compliance, facilitating transactions with investors, as well as coordinating and managing various strategic partnerships for the firm. She has experience in a wide range of industries including Specialty Finance, Technology, Real Estate, etc. Prior to joining Entoro, Ms. Sills worked at AMex Partners, which is a private Oil and Gas Company. There she acquired and managed investors for special projects which led her to the Entoro Team. Ms. Sills holds Series 79 and 63 professional licenses.
