Josh Hedderich

Josh Hedderich is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in asset management. Currently serving as Managing Director and Director of Asset Management at Entrada Partners since November 2020, Josh also operates as an Independent Consultant for Heddy, LLC. Prior roles include Senior Vice President at Lexington Realty Trust, where Josh managed a significant portfolio of NNN leased assets, and Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Parmenter, overseeing a major Class-A office portfolio in Texas. Other notable positions held include Senior Asset Manager at ORIX Capital Markets, Associate at Hudson Advisors, and Development Project Manager at Crow Holdings. Josh holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business Finance-Real Estate and Operations Management from Indiana University Bloomington and Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, both earned between 1997 and 2001.
