Entrata Software is seeking an accomplished Senior Product Manager with exceptional executive presence, robust technical capabilities, and strong writing skills to lead our leasing software products in Lehi, UT. As a pivotal member of our team, you will drive the evolution of our industry-leading property management software solutions tailored specifically for leasing operations. Collaborating across departments, you will define and execute product strategies, melding user-centric experiences with business expansion to maintain our competitive edge in the leasing domain.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the complete product lifecycle for Entrata's leasing software products, harmonizing strategic vision with agile execution to meet the evolving needs of property management professionals.
  • Utilize market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, user requirements, and growth opportunities within the leasing industry.
  • Articulate precise product features, advancements, and capabilities grounded in customer input, business goals, and technical feasibility, specifically tailored for leasing professionals.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to craft intuitive, user-focused interfaces that amplify engagement and satisfaction for leasing professionals.
  • Forge strong collaboration with engineering teams to ensure timely and top-tier development of leasing software products through well-defined requirements, user narratives, and guidance.
  • Develop and communicate product roadmaps, fostering alignment and managing expectations across multiple functions, with a specific focus on leasing functionality.
  • Monitor key metrics, analyze product performance, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize leasing software offerings.
  • Act as a champion for Entrata's leasing software products by representing the company at industry events, webinars, and client interactions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams during leasing product launches, contributing to potent marketing and sales strategies tailored for leasing professionals.
  • Mentor junior product managers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and innovation within the leasing product domain.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 6+ years of distinctive product management expertise in software development.
  • Proven track record of successfully steering software products through their entire lifecycle, from inception to fruition.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and their application in software development.
  • Exemplary communication, collaboration, and executive presence.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to guide and motivate multifaceted teams toward a shared vision.
  • Analytical acumen, adept at integrating data into strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling product narratives.
  • Background in property management or real estate software domain, particularly in leasing operations.
