Iris Maréchal

Iris Maréchal is the Co-founder and CEO of Theremia since January 2024, focusing on AI-enhanced drugs for diverse demographics. Currently a Founder in Residence at Entrepreneur First, Iris has previously held significant roles at the Boston Consulting Group as a Senior Associate, concentrating on pharmaceutical industry operations. A notable achievement includes being a Global Top 5 Finalist at The Adecco Group, where Iris participated in a leadership bootcamp and served as CEO For One Month. Academic credentials include a double master’s degree from HEC Paris and Sciences Po Paris, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Sciences from Pierre and Marie Curie University. Recent training in Data Science was completed at Le Wagon.
