Elaine Kwon

Elaine Kwon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and management across various industries. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Kwontified since 2016, Elaine also contributes as a member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization. Previously, Elaine co-founded Chanlogic and held the position of Operations Manager at Convoy Inc., where significant team growth was achieved. During tenure at Amazon, Elaine excelled as Corporate Holiday Product Manager and Vendor Manager, driving substantial revenue and growth for the company. Earlier roles include Operations Supervisor at McMaster-Carr. Elaine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania and further education from Seoul National University.
