Kristen Chimack serves as the Manager of Global Accounts at HelmsBriscoe, focusing on optimizing the meeting planning process. As the CEO and Owner of Down-To-Earth Insights LLC, Kristen leads efforts to provide impactful coaching for professional success. Additionally, Kristen is an active member of several professional communities including The Outlier Project, The Entreprenista League, The Bold Leaders Collective, and Chief, all aimed at empowering women in business. Previously, Kristen held various leadership roles at State Farm for over three decades, culminating in the position of Assistant Vice President of Public Affairs and overseeing extensive event planning and financial management operations. Kristen holds an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and participates in the altMBA program to further enhance leadership skills.
