Julie Ryan

Julie Ryan is an experienced energy sector professional with a strong background in risk management, strategic planning, and advisory services. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at Entrion Wind, Julie contributes to the development of innovative offshore wind technology. Julie holds a position on the Board of Trustees for the Northwest Public Power Association, representing approximately 350 associate members. As Managing Partner at Aether Advisors LLC since 2006, Julie provides guidance to energy companies in strategy and risk management. Julie has previously directed the Utility Management Certificate Program at Willamette University and held leadership roles at Seattle City Light and Concentric Energy Advisors, among others. Julie's extensive career began with commodities trading at Louis Dreyfus Energy Corp and includes significant positions focused on risk management at Puget Sound Energy. Julie earned a BA in English and Economics from Smith College.
