Kristina Kilian

Kristina Kilian has a diverse work experience. Kristina worked at Entrix as a People & Culture Manager, where they focused on accelerating the transition to clean energy and had a positive impact on the company and their colleagues. Kristina also worked at Interpreter Network, LLC as an Interpreter, utilizing their fluency in French and English to bring people from different cultures together. At Personio, they held various roles including Workplace Coordinator and People Operations, where they enjoyed working with people and co-creating the company. Additionally, they had experience in business development and sales and marketing at agrimand. Prior to that, they worked as an Online Marketing Manager at Digital Minds Ltd and in project management roles at KERN Global Language Services and GaiaText The Translation Company GmbH.

Kristina Kilian began their education at Paul-Klee Gymnasium Gersthofen, where they obtained their Allgemeines Abitur degree from 2006 to 2014. Kristina then attended the Fremdspracheninstitut der Landeshauptstadt München from 2015 to 2018, where they earned a degree in Interpreter and Translator with a focus on Languages and Economy.

In 2018, Kristina enrolled at the International University SDI München, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Translation Studies. Kristina completed this program in 2019. Continuing their education at the same institution, Kristina went on to pursue a Master of Arts degree in Intercultural Management from 2019 to 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Kristina Kilian has acquired several certifications to enhance their skill set. In April 2020, they obtained certifications in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Helsinki and Robotics from KUKA AG. In October 2019, they completed a Sales Trainee certification program offered by the Internationale Hochschule SDI München. Prior to that, in July 2018, they obtained a Project Management certification from the Fremdspracheninstitut der Landeshauptstadt München. In July 2016, they completed an Entrepreneurship certification offered by IW Medien GmbH (Institut der deutschen Wirtschaft Köln Medien GmbH). Additionally, in October 2019, they were awarded the Deutschland-Stipendium by the Internationale Hochschule SDI München.
