Katie Elbert

Katie Elbert has extensive experience in sales operations and business systems analysis, currently serving as a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst at Entrust since June 2017. In this role, Katie has provided critical pipeline analytics, assisted sales teams with forecasting and budgeting, and collaborated with senior leadership and manufacturing teams to ensure sales commitments are met. Prior to Entrust, Katie held positions at Blackbaud, including Sales Operations Analyst I and Renewals Specialist, where responsibilities included managing Salesforce reports, negotiating contracts, and maintaining client account integrity. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art and French from St. Catherine University.
