Richard Howell Jones is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. At Entrust, Richard serves as the Director of Engineering & Shared Services and previously held the position of Senior Engineering Manager focusing on Transformation, Hardware, and Shared Services. Prior experience includes a tenure at Thales e-Security as Senior Engineering Manager for Transformation and Shared Services, along with a role as Head of Systems Engineering in the EMEA region. Richard's earlier career includes significant positions at Sepura, where responsibilities included Head of Systems Engineering and team leadership in product definition and system design. Additionally, Richard is the Owner and Director of Soft Focus of Cambridge Limited and has a foundation in software architecture and engineering from Logica Communications (CES).
