Kat Cruickshank

Kat Cruickshank has a diverse and extensive work experience in various design roles. Kat is currently the Head of Design at Envato, where they provide strategic leadership and shapes the company's design vision. Prior to that, they held the position of Design Director and Design Manager at Envato. Kat also worked as Lead Designer and Senior UX Designer at Envato.

Before joining Envato, Kat worked at Drawboard as a Product Designer, collaborating with product and engineering teams to create a seamless user experience. Kat also served as the Head of Product Design at Bridge, where they led and mentored the design team.

Kat's earlier experience includes working as the Head of Design at Touch Surgery, where they led a talented team and shaped the design direction of a healthcare training app. Kat also worked as a Lead UX Designer at Touch Surgery.

Kat Cruickshank completed their education in a chronological order starting with a Bachelor of Design in Product Design from the University of Leeds, which they earned between 2006 and 2009. Kat then pursued an International Study Abroad Diploma in Industrial Design from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 2008 to 2009. Later, in 2009-2010, they obtained a Master of Design in Product Design from the University of Leeds.

Besides their formal education, Kat also obtained a certification in Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers from LinkedIn in August 2019.
