Samantha Thomas

Samantha Thomas is a Senior Research Associate at Enveda Biosciences, specializing in cell-based assay development for high-throughput screenings and supporting team functions that include automation management, screening campaigns, and training of research associates. Previously, as a Research Associate II, Samantha contributed to the bioassays team focused on plant compound screenings for drug discovery. Prior experience includes serving as a Chemical Engineering Consultant for Charles Allred Engineering, conducting research as a Graduate Student Research Associate at Benam Lung Microengineering Lab, and working as a Coleman Research Fellow at the Center for Inclusive Design and Engineering. Educationally, Samantha holds a Master of Science in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Colorado Denver and an Honors Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biological Engineering from The University of Alabama, along with experience at the Technical University of Denmark.
