Hersh Patel has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Hersh worked at Visiting Nurse Association Health Group where they led initiatives in developing innovative, advanced analytics-based, virtual specialty services, payer partnerships in value-based care, spin-off formation, joint ventures, and acquisitions. Hersh also served as a Board of Director at The Great Lakes Construction Co. In their role as a co-founder at Envera Health, they provided various managed services across the care continuum to systems and physician groups to optimize physician and patient engagement. At Healthnetwork, they served as a Board of Directors and interim COO, focusing on healthcare concierge services. In their role as Vice President of Product Management at naviHealth, Inc., they played a key role in venture exits and subsequent exits. Hersh also worked at the Cleveland Clinic as the Vice President of Business Development, where they helped establish a new Emerging Business Division and developed strategies for autonomous internal investment. Prior to that, at PwC - PRTM, they led critical FDA Quality System assessments and implemented improvements for a medical device manufacturer. Hersh also managed strategic planning processes and identified cost-saving opportunities for a division of a networking equipment maker. Lastly, at Callaway Golf, they created an innovative market research structure to improve new product development and managed various consumer studies.

Hersh Patel obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan from the years 1985 to 1990. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management between 1994 and 1996. During their MBA program, they focused on the fields of Strategy, Marketing, and Finance.
