Rachel Howard

Rachel Howard has a diverse work experience in human resources roles. Rachel began their career as an Operations/Recruiting Specialist at Flagger Force Traffic Control Services in 2011, and later transitioned to become a Human Resources Generalist in 2013. In 2014, they joined First Quality Enterprises as a Human Resources Generalist, eventually progressing to the role of Senior Human Resources Generalist. Rachel then moved to RS Energy Group in 2017, where they served as a Human Resources Manager and later as a Human Resources Director. Currently, Rachel is working at Enverus as the Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, they are responsible for delivering highly-technical insights and predictive/prescriptive analytics, driving production and investment strategies, and reducing costs through automated processes. Overall, Rachel has gained extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on the energy industry.

Rachel Howard earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from La Salle University, graduating in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Cardinal Dougherty High School in Philadelphia, PA, from 2003 to 2007. Rachel is also currently pursuing a certification in the Wharton Chief Human Resources Officer Program, which is expected to be completed in June 2024 at The Wharton School.
