Jorge Avila Moncada

Jorge Avila Moncada has been working in the field of Human Resources since 2004. Jorge began their career as a Coordinator and Executor of the Autosuficiencia Laboral Program at FEDES in 2004. In 2002, they completed a professional practice at the Municipalidad de La Florida, where they supported various administrative activities associated with the program and helped to develop job profiles and job descriptors for different departments. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as an Analyst of Selection and Development at Link Humano Ltda. Gestion de personas y servicios, where they were responsible for coordinating complete selection processes according to the requirements of their clients. From 2017 to 2020, they were a freelance consultant for various organizations such as Start Ups, Ventures, and Human Resources Consultancies, particularly in the areas of Human Resources, People Management, Recruitment, and Selection. In 2020, they began working at ENVÍAME as the Head of People and Culture, as well as a Gestor de Personas.

Jorge Avila Moncada obtained a Licenciado en Psicología from Universidad Bolivariana between 1998 and 2003. Jorge also obtained a Diplomado en Gestión Estratégica de Recursos Humanos from Universidad de Chile between 1998 and 2003. In 2009, they obtained a Diplomado en Gestión Estratégica de Recursos Humanos from Universidad de Chile. In 2011, they obtained a Diplomado en Grafología Científica from INGPEC.
