Allen Davidov, MBA, CM has a diverse work experience spanning various leadership roles in marketing, communications, and business consulting. Allen currently holds the position of Senior Vice President & Practice Leader at Environics Analytics, where they are responsible for leading the practice and driving business consulting initiatives. Prior to this, they served as Vice President, Business Consulting - NFP & Education Lead at the same company. Allen has also worked as Director, Business Consulting - NFP lead at Environics Analytics.

Before joining Environics Analytics, Allen worked as Vice President, Marketing (Events & Sponsorship) at Mount Sinai Hospital (Toronto), Sinai Health System. Allen also served as Director, Marketing at North York General Hospital and held the role of Director, Marketing & Communications at St. John's Rehab Foundation, Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation, and Habitat for Humanity GTA.

Earlier in their career, Allen worked as Manager, Business Development at Mitex Apparel Group and held the position of Manager, Product and Marketing (Contract) at officialCOMMUNITY. Allen started their career as an Associate Account Planner at Initiative, where they gained experience in buyer/planner department and later transitioned to Initiative Media after the acquisition.

Allen Davidov holds a Masters in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Liverpool, which they completed from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Creative Advertising from Centennial College, where they studied from 1999 to 2002. Allen also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Toronto Metropolitan University, which they earned from 1997 to 1999. In 2018, Allen received a certificate in The Chartered Marketer (CM) from the Canadian Marketing Association. Additionally, they completed a Hockey Trainers Certification Program from the Hockey Development Centre for Ontario in August 2018. Allen attended Vaughan Secondary School from 1993 to 1997. Currently, they are pursuing a Thin Sliced Learning Program from Hanover Learning, which they started in 2022. Allen has obtained several additional certifications, including participating in various IRONMAN races and obtaining the Chartered Marketer - Advanced Standing (CM) designation from the Canadian Marketing Association in 2018. Allen also holds the Respect in Sport certification from Hockey Canada, achieved in 2015.
