Staci Bruce has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Staci started their career in 2012 as an intern at Master Gardeners of Hamilton County. In 2015, they interned at Crabtree Farms Of Chattanooga before joining Environmental 360, Inc. the same year as a Staff Scientist II. In this role, they managed various environmental compliance projects and provided consulting services to clients in multiple industries across 10 states. Staci quickly progressed within the company and became a Project Scientist I in 2018 and then a Project Scientist II in 2019. Staci was promoted again in 2020 to Senior Project Manager before being appointed as the Vice President of Compliance in 2021. In this current position, Staci is responsible for managing the 3rd highest grossing service division and has successfully expanded the division by 66% from 2020 to 2022 through their business development and marketing efforts.
Staci Bruce earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Environmental Science from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Girls Preparatory School from 2003 to 2010. In addition, Staci has obtained several certifications, including EPA Method 9 Certification from Carl Koontz Associates, Level II Design Principles from Tennessee Erosion Prevention and Sediment Control, OSHA 10 Hazard Recognition for General Industry from OSHA 10 Hour Training, Level 1 Inspector Erosion Prevention and Sediment Control for Construction from the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation, and Aboveground Storage Tank SP001 Inspector from the Steel Tank Institute.
