David Stockwell

David Stockwell is the Governance & Compliance Systems & Change Manager at Zero Waste Scotland, where David also manages the £43m ERDF programme. David has also served as Treasurer at Aberdour Tennis Club and Roots & Resilience. Previously, David was the Director at FIFE RURAL SKILLS PARTNERSHIP and the CEO at The Ecology Centre. David has experience in business development and project management roles at organizations such as Pilotlight, Booktrust, E.ON UK, and Nottingham City Council. David holds a MA in American Studies from the University of Nottingham and a BA (Hons) in English & American Studies from The University of Manchester.
