Frank Mahalski is an experienced environmental scientist and response manager with over 15 years of expertise in managing and overseeing environmental projects. Currently employed at Environmental Restoration LLC since October 2010, Frank has played a pivotal role as Site Manager and Health & Safety Officer for numerous USEPA removal and remedial projects in New York and New Jersey. Responsibilities include authoring various technical plans, managing subcontractors, providing logistical support for groundwater treatment systems, and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols. Previous roles at New England Industrial Engineering, Inc. and WRS Infrastructure & Environment involved technical report writing, oversight of sampling activities, and emergency response coordination. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Biology from Westfield State University and an Associate's degree from Asnuntuck Community College.
