Shane Peek is currently the Sr. Director of Engineering at Environmental Solutions Group, overseeing all engineering functions within ESG. Prior to this role, Shane served as the Director of Engineering at Heil Environmental, where Shane managed various engineering teams and budgets. With a background in mechanical engineering and a recent MBA from The University of Alabama, Shane has demonstrated expertise in project planning, resource management, and product development throughout their career.
