Azadeh Khanicheh, Ph.D.

Azadeh Khanicheh, Ph.D. has been working in the field since 2000, when they began as a Post-Doctoral Research Associate and Teaching Assistant at Northeastern University. In 2007, they became a Visiting Research Scientist at the Athinoula A. Martinos Center for Biomedical Imaging, Harvard Medical School. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Senior R&D Engineer at BD Medical, and then as a Project Manager at Helbling Precision Engineering from 2010 to 2013. Most recently, they have been Co-Founder and President of EnVision Endoscopy since 2018.

Azadeh Khanicheh, Ph.D. began their education journey in 1995 when they earned their B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Sharif University of Technology. Azadeh then continued their studies at Northeastern University, where they earned an MS in Mechanical Engineering in 2002 and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering/Biomedical Engineering in 2007.
