Caroline Parry, Assoc CIPD, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Generalist at Envision Pharma Group since March 2022. Prior to this, Caroline provided voluntary HR support at Dreams Come True Children's Charity, where responsibilities included recruitment and staff engagement initiatives.
