Rebecca Goldstein Ph.D., Cmpp

Rebecca Goldstein, PhD, CMPP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Rebecca is currently working as the Executive Director of Scientific Strategy at Envision Pharma Group, where they have been since 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Global Lead for Oncology Strategy at the same company.

From 2014 to 2022, Rebecca held various positions at Alligent Group, including the role of Scientific Solutions Division Lead and Vice President of Medical Strategy.

Before joining Alligent Group, they worked at StemScientific from 2008 to 2014, where they held positions such as Scientific Director, Associate Scientific Director, and Medical Writer.

Rebecca also has experience as a self-employed Scientific Writer and Editor, where they reviewed and edited basic science manuscripts and grants for technical correctness and clarity. Rebecca worked with clients such as Harrisco Research Institute and UAB Department of Cell Biology.

Furthermore, they worked as a Predoctoral Research Fellow at UAB from 2000 to 2007, and as a Patient Financial Coordinator at Smiles by Design from 1998 to 2000. Rebecca started their career as a Laboratory Assistant at Bob Jones University from 1996 to 1998.

Rebecca Goldstein, PhD, CMPP, obtained their Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Biology and Chemistry from Bob Jones University in 1998. Following this, they pursued their doctoral studies in Cell Biology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, completing their PhD in 2007. In 2011, they obtained the Certified Medical Publication Professional (CMPP) certification from ISMPP.
