Paul Selden

Chief Strategy Officer at Envision Unlimited

Paul Selden has a diverse work experience, primarily in the non-profit sector. Paul started their career as the owner of Next Steps from 2001 to 2006. Following this, they worked as the Executive Director of Connections for the Homeless from 2006 to 2015, leading various social service and housing programs. In 2015, they founded and operated The DCM Project, which focuses on eliminating housing instability and homelessness through strategic planning and program design. Paul then served as the President and CEO of Neumann Family Services from 2015 to 2018, where they provided housing and services for individuals with mental illness and developmental disabilities before merging with Envision Unlimited. Currently, Paul is the Chief Strategy Officer at Envision Unlimited, where they continue to work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as those dealing with severe mental illness.
