Candace Todd

Candace Todd has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Candace is currently serving as the Director of Talent Development at Envision Healthcare. Before that, they worked at Envision Physician Services, starting as a Senior Human Resources Manager and progressing to become the Human Resources Director. Prior to that, they were the Human Resources Manager at Quincy Compressor for six years. Candace also worked as a Human Resources Recruiter at West Florida Hospital and as a Career Advisor at CareerSource Gulf Coast. Candace began their career as a Senior Staff Consultant at Morris & McDaniel, Inc. Candace brings extensive experience in human resources and talent development to their current role.

Candace Todd completed their education with a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Kansas State University (2005-2007). Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Belhaven University (2003-2005). In addition, they hold a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute, obtained in August 2009.
