Karen Keenan

Karen Keenan has extensive work experience in various roles related to HR, leadership, and training. Karen currently serves as the HR Shared Services Director at Envision Healthcare. Prior to this, they held roles at SS&C Technologies, where they were the Sr. Director of Business Operations and led teams in Pharmacy Benefits configuration, quality, implementation, and sales enablement. Karen also served as the Director of Implementation Services and Director of Product Management and Training. Before joining SS&C Technologies, Karen worked at H&R Block in roles such as Program Manager, Learning & Development Manager, Manager on Rotation, People Team Manager, HR Operations Manager, and HRIS Analyst. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Consultant at MarketSphere Consulting LLC and as a Business Consultant at Arthur Andersen. Throughout their career, Karen has demonstrated strong leadership skills, implemented change management strategies, and contributed to the development and execution of training programs.

Karen Keenan, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor's degree in French, German, and European History from William Jewell College, which they obtained from 1994 to 1998. Karen also holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, which they earned from 1999 to 2001. In July 2017, they obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
