Shauna Madden

Shauna Madden has been in the operations and delivery industry for over 20 years. Shauna began their career in 2001 as an Office Manager at Artisan where they were responsible for greeting creatives and assessing their resume and portfolio strengths. In 2006, they moved to The Rise Group as a Document Controls Manager, managing a team of 15 document control administrators on city-wide construction projects. In 2009, they joined Weber Shandwick as a Creative Resource Associate, managing the daily workflow for a team of art directors, designers and interns, and working closely with the Executive Creative Director to identify internal procedures and operations that improved workflow. In 2017, they moved to The Designory as a Senior Project Manager, managing multiple large programs and mentoring project managers. Currently, they are the Director of Operations and Director of Delivery at Envisionit, where they are the critical liaison to the client experience, creative, media, technology, and new business teams, ensuring projects are staffed appropriately and processes are ironclad.

Shauna Madden attended The Art Institutes from 2006 to present, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Graphic Design.
