Clementina Julie

Clementina Julie's work experience begins in 1998 when they worked as an HR cum General Admin Executive at Sankhya Infotech Ltd. Clementina then moved on to Ebase Interactive Inc in 2005, where they served as an Assistant Manager in HR until 2009. In 2012, Julie joined Wise Men Solutions as an HR Manager and stayed until 2016. Clementina then joined enVista in 2017, where they held the position of Human Capital Manager until 2021. Clementina was later promoted to Senior Manager in Human Capital at enVista and remained in that role until joining Körber Supply Chain as a Senior Manager in Human Capital in September 2022, where they are currently working.

Clementina Julie's education history begins with a PG Diploma in Business Management which they completed at Osmania University. Clementina then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Commerce at the same university from 1998 to 2001. Moving forward, they obtained a Diploma in HRD from AIIMS in 2005. In the same year, they also completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Osmania University. Furthering their education, Clementina earned a Master's degree in Public Personnel Management (PPM) from Osmania University between 2006 and 2008. Most recently, in 2018, they attended XLRI Jamshedpur and received a degree in EDPHRM in collaboration with SHRM, specializing in Human Resources Management.
