Rachael Walsh

Rachael Walsh currently serves as a Compensation Manager at Envista Holdings Corporation, beginning in July 2024. Previously, Rachael held various roles at Globus Medical from September 2023 to June 2024, including Manager of Compensation and Senior Analyst of Total Rewards, following a merger with NuVasive. Prior experience includes Senior Analyst and Compensation Analyst roles at NuVasive from April 2021 to September 2023 and a Data Analyst position at Roffman Horvitz, PLC from July 2018 to April 2021. Rachael’s early career at the University of Notre Dame included positions as a Teaching Assistant, Information Desk Attendant, Research Assistant in microbiology, and Field Research Assistant in ecological studies at Toolik Field Station in the Arctic Circle. Rachael earned a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the University of Notre Dame in 2018.
