Oliver Pais

Oliver Pais has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Oliver is currently the Head of Services for Envizi - An IBM Company, starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Head of Services and Manager of Services Delivery at Envizi from 2018 to 2021. In 2018, Oliver served as the Operations Director at Payroll and Bookkeeping Services. Oliver was also the Director of Delivery at WorkForce Software in 2017. Oliver's experience also includes roles such as Programme Manager at Workplace Systems from 2014 to 2017, and General Manager of Client Services & Development at RITEQ Pty Ltd from 2009 to 2013. Oliver began their career as the Vice President of Operations at Siri Technologies from 1997 to 2000. From 2000 to 2008, Oliver held the position of Vice President of Services and General Manager for India Operations at Everest Software (formerly known as iCode, Inc.), where they played a key role in defining company objectives and strategies, ensuring compliance, managing teams, and overseeing service delivery.

Oliver Pais completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Administration and Costing from Christ College - Bangalore in the years 1983 to 1986. Oliver then pursued further education and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from St. Joseph's College of Business Administration, specializing in Business Management, Management Accounting & Financial Management, and Production & Personnel Management. This degree was completed from 1986 to 1988. Additionally, Oliver Pais also earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Systems Management from the National Institute of Information Technology during the same time period. The focus of their diploma was on Structured Systems Analysis Design & Development, as well as Project Management.
