Geoff Routledge

Geoff Routledge has over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, specializing in NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) engineering.

Geoff currently works as a Program Manager in Vehicle Engineering at Envorso. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2023, they worked at Canoo, where they held the roles of Principal NVH Engineer and was in charge of NVH.

From 2017 to 2019, Geoff worked as an NVH Manager at BYTON. Before that, they were an Acoustics Engineer at Apple from 2015 to 2017.

Geoff'sprevious experiences include working as a Senior NVH Engineer at Tula Technology Inc. from 2012 to 2015, a Lead NVH Engineer at CODA Automotive, Inc. from 2011 to 2012, and a Powertrain Senior Engineer in NVH at HATCI from 2005 to 2011.

Geoff also has experience working at Chrysler as a Powertrain NVH Engineer, where they were involved in various projects, including leading NVH reduction on specific powertrains and investigating interior noise reduction and AC HVAC hiss noise on Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Earlier in their career, they worked as a Project Engineer at Ricardo from 1998 to 2003 and as an NVH Engineer at Perkins Engines from 1995 to 1997, where they specialized in NVH development on a High Speed Diesel V6 engine and Fork Lift NVH development.

Geoff Routledge pursued their higher education in the field of mechanical engineering. Geoff earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree from Sheffield Hallam University, completing this program between 1984 and 1987. Following this, Geoff pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Automotive Product Engineering at Cranfield University from 1987 to 1988.
