Sanduni Madara is a dedicated Human Resources professional with experience in recruitment and personnel administration. Currently serving as a Human Resources Executive Recruitment at Businessfocus360 Pvt Ltd since January 2024, Sanduni previously held positions at Envoy Ortus (Pvt) Ltd, starting as a Human Resources Intern before advancing to Junior Executive Human Resources. Experience also includes an internship at SRI LANKAN AIRLINES LIMITED from 2021 to February 2022. Educational qualifications include a degree in Human Resources Management from the National Institute of Business Management (NIBM - Sri Lanka) and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from Coventry University.
