Adilene Valencia

Adilene Valencia's work experience begins in 2020, where they worked as a CX Associate for Conserve With Us, a martech startup. Adilene was responsible for onboarding customers, managing the sales pipeline, and learning SQL. In 2022, Adilene joined Bynder as a Business Development Representative, where they promoted the company's MarTech solutions and managed creative files. Adilene also served as a member of the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Leadership Committee. Adilene then joined Sistas In Sales, an organization serving women of color in professional sales careers, as a Member and a Community Ambassador Intern. Their roles involved reaching out to prospects, contributing to outbound processes, and assisting with the community building. Currently, Adilene works at Envoy as an Inbound Business Development Representative, where they help transform workplaces and manages workplace experience.

Adilene Valencia completed their high school education at Pinewood School from 2012 to 2016, earning a High School Diploma. Adilene then pursued their higher education at Williams College from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Comparative Literature. In 2016, they also briefly studied at Sookmyung Women's University, although their degree or field of study during this period is not specified. Adilene participated in two separate study abroad programs during their undergraduate studies. In 2018, they attended Yonsei University, and in 2019, they studied at Sophia University. Besides their formal education, Adilene has obtained two additional certifications: "Filling the Funnel" from Sell Better in June 2023, and "Conversational Sales Certified" from Drift in May 2022.
