Amy Marshall Boswell has a diverse work experience encompassing various roles and responsibilities. Starting in 2016, Amy joined Envysion, a Motorola Solutions Company, where they worked their way up from an Analyst to becoming the Customer Success Team Lead in September 2022. Prior to this, they held positions including Senior Customer Success Manager, Customer Success Manager, Project and Operations Manager, and Account Manager at the same company. Amy's experience at Envysion has allowed their to develop skills in customer success, project management, and operations.

Amy also has a background in education. Amy worked at Rockbridge Academy from 2005, initially as a Teacher and later took on the role of Admissions Director. In their role as Admissions Director, Amy was responsible for the overall design and management of the admissions department, from prospecting to mentoring admits. Amy held this position from January 2007 until August 2014.

Additionally, Amy has experience as an Economics Faculty member at Anne Arundel Community College, starting in August 2014 and continuing until May 2022.

Overall, Amy's work experience includes roles in customer success, project management, operations, education, and faculty positions.

Amy Marshall Boswell, CCSM, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business, with a focus on Human Resources and Economics, from Towson University. Amy also pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Amy's passion for economics led their to continue their studies at the University of Notre Dame, where they engaged in doctoral studies in Economics.

Alongside their formal education, Amy has acquired additional certifications to enhance their professional skills. Amy obtained a Customer Success certification from Portland State University's Center for Executive and Professional Education (CEPE) in December 2022. Additionally, they earned the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER in January 2023.
