Laura Jolley

Laura is responsible for the creation and implementation of Acuity’s policies and procedures. She ensures compliance with employment and benefits laws, regulations, and requirements while serving as an advisor and leader to the HR management and business partner team.

She brings over 19 years of experience in human resource and recruiting roles, in which she integrated HR strategies with organization missions, helping them to function efficiently and effectively. Laura joined Acuity via the acquisition of Janus Global Operations, where she served as the Vice President of Human Resources.

Laura holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Ecology from the University of Tennessee. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) as well as a Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Certified Professional.
