Ibrahim Kale

Ibrahim Kale is an experienced Lead Well Engineer currently contracted at EOG Resources for the Beehive-1 project, having started in November 2023. Previously, Ibrahim served as the Drilling & Completions Manager at Buru Energy, where key contributions included implementing a gated process across drilling and completions operations and developing a dedicated in-house team. Additional roles include Senior Drilling Engineer positions at Woodside Energy and Quadrant Energy, focusing on well design and execution, along with significant experience in drilling supervision at Apache Corporation and Shell, where operational safety and local crew training were prioritized. Ibrahim's career began with a foundational role at CSIRO Petroleum, enhancing industry testing methods related to drilling fluids. Ibrahim holds a degree in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Western Australia.
