Jacob Byerly

Jacob Byerly is a Senior Operations Geologist at EOG Resources, where employment began in January 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Geologist I at Lewis Energy Group and completing a Master Thesis focused on carbonate geology at The University of Texas at San Antonio. Jacob's prior roles encompass positions as an Exploration Geologist and an intern at various companies, as well as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at Texas A&M University-Kingsville. Jacob holds a Master of Science degree in Geology from The University of Texas at San Antonio and has a diverse background in geological research, education, and fieldwork.
