Rhonda Pearce

Rhonda Pearce is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as a Senior Accounting Specialist at EOG Resources since July 2018, Rhonda has successfully presented team accomplishments and process improvements to the Executive Board and contributed to the Division Accounting Roundtable. Previous roles include Revenue Accountant at Mitsui E&P USA LLC and various positions at Noble Energy, where significant achievements include streamlining revenue processes and booking substantial non-operated revenue checks. Rhonda's earlier experience encompasses accounting roles at OPM, Inc., coupled with a strong educational background, including a Master of Science in Accounting from Texas A&M University-Commerce and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Dallas Baptist University.
