Kelly Giddens

Kelly Giddens is the Head of Legal at Eolian. Prior to this role, Kelly held positions at Cypress Creek Renewables as Associate General Counsel and Senior Corporate Counsel. Kelly also worked as an Associate at Farella Braun + Martel LLP and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP. Kelly holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) in Law and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from New York University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, Davis.
